自 1988年起，伊罗达便制定了《供应商行为准则》，确定了集团的环境和社会要求。要求所有供应商签签署本准则，并且伊罗达会定期开展供应商审计，检验其遵守情况，确保处理和纠正任何不合规行为。 

冲突矿物质  
伊罗达支持政府和人权组织的工作，以消除冲突地区（例如中非）的暴力和残暴行为。伊罗达已制定一项规程，确保我们的供应商采取与冲突矿物有关的政策和管理制度。   
伊罗达要求其供应商制定其自己的尽职调查程序，以确保无冲突供应商链。供应商必须向伊罗达供应无冲突的材料。 

处理有害物质   
在制造产品过程中，我们会使用多种化学物质和其他物质，它们可能会对人体或环境造成危害。伊罗达持续致力于限制此类物质的使用： 如果无法省略或更换此类物质，则伊罗达应确保高效使用此类物质，并采取适当措施，保护我们的员工和环境。

Responsible supplier management

Since 1988, Iroda has developed the Supplier Code of Conduct, which sets out the environmental and social requirements of the group. Require all suppliers to sign this guideline, and Iroda will conduct regular supplier audits to verify compliance and ensure that any non-compliance is addressed and corrected.

Conflict minerals

Iroda supports the work of the government and human rights organizations to eliminate violence and brutality in conflict areas such as Central Africa. Iroda has established a procedure to ensure that our suppliers adopt policies and management systems related to conflict minerals.

Iroda requires its suppliers to establish their own due diligence procedures to ensure a conflict free supplier chain. Suppliers must supply conflict free materials to Iroda.

Handling harmful substances

In the process of manufacturing products, we use various chemicals and other substances that may pose a threat to human health or the environment. Iroda is continuously committed to limiting the use of such substances: if such substances cannot be omitted or replaced, Iroda should ensure efficient use of such substances and take appropriate measures to protect our employees and the environment.
